Thank you for shopping at Premium Oak Barrels for Sale. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Package Your Item: Include the item and the original receipt or proof of purchase in a secure package. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Inspection

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
 

Approval and Refund processing time:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
 
The refund may take 1 to 6 business days to appear in your account. This timeframe can vary because different banks and card issuers have their own processing systems. While some may process the refund quickly, others could take the full 6 business days. Please keep in mind that this depends on your specific bank’s procedures.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at seandeluxeappliances@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at seandeluxeappliances@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
